Vodafone Australia Bad Service

I bought a Jet S8003 from Vodafone Australia. Happy with my purchase based on teh specifications online direct from Vodafone it included Vodafone Live. After 9 weeks of conversations in regards to the built in GPS and Live i finaly came to a resolution. I received $250 refund over 24 month contract plan as compensation for the mis advertised feature. So if you are an Australian customer and have this phone read the contract online it says you have the ability to surf Vodafone live. Recently this is not the case and Vodafone are not advertising the fact. So you can call up customer service and get a discount on your plan. But ont stop calling you wont get call backs, you wont get a supervisor.. call the 155 from your handset and keep asking to be put through to Austraia, Hobart, Laylaty and customer service. Eventually.. possibly 9 weeks later you will get put through and you will be able to rangle your way through to a better deal.! Good luck
