Basically I just bought a Samsung Jet locked to Orange (oh the joy) I instantly presumed unlocking it would be simple after purchasing the code. The phone had been previously frozen by another owner so i went ahead and bought a code for unfreezing the phone and code to unlock the phone. Now I have absoloutly no idea where I am supposed to be entering this code. Apparently it's somewhere that I can't see the numbers being entered? There are two options...SOS and Call. As there's no physical number pad i can't enter it here. So i Press Call. This brings up the number pad where i enter the number to unfreeze the phone. And then I'm told to press OK. If someone knows where this OK key exists please enlighten me... The call button brings up the message emergency calls only, the menu button does nothing and the end call closes it. I've tried every button. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley

Are you able to get to the dialing pad?? Like are you able to start typing in a number?

EDIT::: heres the instructions to unlock it:

1. Power on your Samsung Jet S8000 without the SIM card in.
2. Type #7465625*638*CODE# (where CODE is your Samsung unlock code)
3. Phone will display “Network Lock Deactivated”
4. Samsung Jet S8000 may auto reboot.

Your unlock code (what i called CODE in the process above^^) is the code you bought.

Hope that helps Smiley
