After a lot of trial and error, I finally figured out configuration for (Web2Go) Internet and MMS.
(the cost of this service is $10USD for unlimited data, and $20USD for unlimited data and messaging)
okay go to Menu>Settings>Network Settings>Connections
create a new one with these configurations
Set Name: T-Mo DATA
Bearer Type: UMTA (or "Data package" if you have S8003)
Access name: wap.voicestream.com
Auth type: Normal
User ID: (blank)
Pa*$word: (blank)
Protocol: HTTP
Home URL: (any website you desire)
Proxy Address: 216.155.165.50:8080
Linger Time (sec.): 300
okay for the MMS confirguration create a new one and input these
Set Name: T-Mo MMS
Bearer Type: UMTS (or "Data package" if you have S8003)
Access name: wap.voicestream.com
Auth type: Secure
User ID: (blank)
Pa*$word: (blank)
Protocol: HTTP
