assigning ringtones for receiving text messages

I am stuck with the default tone. is there any way to change this? i can change my caller ringtone.

how come i can't for receiving text mesages?

OK, 's how to change the ring tone for messages:
1. press menu
2. select settings
3. select phone profiles
4. under phone profiles (normal, silent, driving, meeting, outdoor) press the double arrow ( >> ) to edit the menu..
5. At the top you will see a drop down box, press it and it will give you the list of options which are incoming call, new messages, phone sounds..
6. select new messages
7. scroll down and select message alert tone
8. press the box for your message alert tone, to browse your files from your phone or from your memory card and select your favorite mp3 tones press sounds and press the arrow on the top bar.
9. select the folder where you stored your tones and select the tones and press save.
10.once saved, it will return to profile menu, press save again.
Unfortunately this changes the ring tone for text messages and emails together. As I asked in my previous post, is there anyway I can have different ring tones for emails and text messages and maybe even turn off the email ring tones when in bed, but there doesn't seem to be anyway to do this. Any suggestions??
